When sending your kite to one of the repair services below:
- Do not include loose, undamaged components like the rucksack/bag , control bar, handles or flying lines.
- Return your kite in a clean & dry (free of sand) condition.
- Include a printout or clearly handwritten letter including your Name, Address, Daytime Telephone Number and/or Email Address enclosed with your kite, so the repair company can contact you with a cost of the repair.
- Ensure your kite is properly packaged, stamped, addressed and insured (in case of loss).

Items must be returned with a returns form enclosed by Recorded delivery and clearly marked for the attention of the Mail Order Dept.
