as easy as possible.
We
do listen to our customers - so if you are having

Use
the menu items to find your product area. In some cases
this may involve just one click - but with most products
- several clicks may be required.
You will finally come to a list of products with prices
underneath.
When you have found the product you want simply click on
the image of the product and this will take your through
to a page with one single product.

Step 2

If
you would like to purchase the item - or just store it
for later, - enter the quantity you wish to buy and then
at the bottom of the page click the 'Buy Now' button to
add the item to your shopping basket.
Please
be patient as the upload for the next page may take
a moment as it calculates your order.

Either:
(A) Use the 'back' button to carry on shopping.
(B) Remove the item from your basket.
(C) Proceed to the checkout area and fill in your credit
card details on the 100% secure server.

Proceed
to the checkout page.
After filling in all the required boxes your order will
be sent to our secure server.
You
will receive a receipt via email almost instantly containing
your order reference number.

Delivery |
|
|
|
For light, inexpensive items we use Royal Mail first class
post which will normally arrive next day if your order is
received before 3pm GMT on most UK orders. A signature will
be required for all orders.
For
heavier and expensive items we use UPS
They also have a superb tracking service in the event of
a problem - which you can track your package at www.ups.com
with its own unique parcel number which we can supply if
you are worried about waiting in for your order.
Overseas
orders are charged by weight - which is calculated on the
Powerkiteshop Order Page.
In
special cases if any additional cost other than listed
on your completed order form incur then Powerkiteshop
will notify you prior to the processing or forwarding
your order.
