MBS have redesigned the core and lay-up to
make this deck stiffer, stronger, and poppier than ever before.
The Pro 90 deck is truly new and VERY light!
With it's super strong unidirectional carbon-fibre weave actually
showing through the bottom graphic and with it's highly specialized
new perimeter shape, this deck looks as unique and powerful
as it performs.
Sandwich Composite Construction (SWC) consists
of a top and bottom layer of composite material (epoxy with
fiberglass or other high end fibres such as carbon or kevlar),
sandwiching a full-length vertically laminated wood core.
The entire perimeter of the deck is protected by a super durable
half inch ABS sidewall. MBS SWC decks included stainless steel
inserts for mounting grab handles and F-series bindings.
