MBS have redesigned the core and lay-up to
make this deck stiffer, stronger, and poppier than ever before.
Reverse Cap Composite construction (RCC)
consists of a composite structure (epoxy with fibrerglass
or other high end fibres such as carbon or kevlar) wrapped
around a full-length vertically laminated wood core. The bottom
surface of the deck is wrapped upward to meet the top surface
during the molding process to protect the edge and provide
the best sliding surface possible. MBS CAP decks included
stainless steel inserts for mounting F-series bindings and
/ or grab handles.
