The Ozone IMP Quattro can be used to learn to buggy, mountain board or snow kite.

The sizes range from 1.0 meters squared for smaller people or higher winds up to 4.5 meters squared for a kite with more power.

• Flexible package – The Ozone Imp Quattro can be flown either with handles which are supplied as part of the package, ora 4-Line Control bar which can be purchased as an extra accessory. The moulded bar ends help you to keep your leader lines safely away from your hands whilst in flight, and also act as line winders to keep your lines tangle-free when you pack up. The 4-Line Control bar has it’s own integrated safety system, so even if you release the bar you remain attached to the kite by the safety leash.
• Material – Following extensive research and testing by our design team, Ozone have sourced an entirely new material for the sail and ribs on the 4 Imp Quattro, making it stronger and more durable than previous years model. Made out of high tenacity rip stop nylon and stitched and finished to Ozone’s renowned high standards, the imp will keep its factory trim and give you hours of fun.
• Sizing - The Ozone Imp Quattro now comes in 4 sizes: 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m and 3.5m allowing you more flexibility to choose the size that suits you.
• New colour scheme – the Ozone Imp colour scheme has been totally changed for 2007, and now comes in 4 striking colour options: blue/grey, red/grey, orange/grey, yellow/grey, finished off with contrasting silver logo printing.
• Bridle lines – All bridle lines are now stitched instead of knotted like previous Imps. Using the highest quality Dyneema from Edelrid and with the lines now stitched the maximum breaking load is increased making for an even stronger kite.
• Flying Lines – The flying lines are also now sleeved instead of being knotted. This increases the lines strength considerably

Features:
Velcro bridle loop to reduce the chance of bridles becoming tangled when packing the kite.

 

Cell openings and trailing edge are finished with Mylar tape to protect your kite and stop any stretching, so holding the shape of your kite.

 

Dyneema bridle to prevent stretching and ensure that your imp will keep it’s factory trim.

 

Line attachment tabs sewn deep into the reinforcement area of the ribs, making them stronger and spreading the load over a larger area of material, thus reducing stretching and ageing of the cloth.

4-Line Handles

Ozone 4-Line Handles with Wrist Leash Safety System:

Ergonomic, styled and comfy, Ozone kite handles are built from hi-tech, lightweight polypropylene tubing. 25mm in diameter and covered in a layer of neoprene for extra comfort these handles have been specifically designed to prevent forearm fatigue.

 

Extra features include soft plastic sheathing on the lead line exit to prevent line or finger chaffing during heavy use.

 

Additional ground 'staking loops' allow the pilot to keep the kite stalled when not being flown.

 

Safety system easily larks-foot onto the ground staking loops or brake line leaders on your handles. High quality soft webbing straps with short bungee cord attachment to prevent them getting tangled or damaged.

 

Handles are now complete with a spectra stitched strop line as standard.

Excellent 4-Line Kite! James Mason

What an excellent 4-Line Kite! It was my first 4-Line kite and I thought it would be a bit of a struggle to fly with 4-lines but the handles and instructions that came with the kite made it very easy to use.

After learning to get to grips with the kite I am now using it to buggy with and getting on with it great!

Overall this kite is excellent and the handles and lines are in excellent condition!
