Ozone Access XC - 4m:

The 4m is ideal for light riders in medium to strong winds. The perfect size for learning, children or as a storm kite for experts on backcountry missions

 

Rider weight range from 40kg to 75kg, Wind range depends on rider ability.

 

Ozone Access XC - 6m:

This is the ideal high wind kite for experienced riders, its high stability makes it the ultimate storm kite. For beginners this is a good kite to start snowkiting with.

 

Rider weight range from 50kg to 90kg, Wind range depends on the rider ability.

Ozone Access XC - 8m:

The 8m is the perfect kite for learning in moderate wind speeds for a light weight rider.

Rider weight range from 65+kg, Wind range depends on rider ability.

 

Ozone Access XC - 10m:

The 10m is the perfect kite for beginner to intermediate riders in Light to moderate wind speeds.

Depower Control Bar

Ozone Access XC Megatron Bar System:

Ozone has been leading the industry since launching the original Frenzy in 2002, the Worlds 1st open celled de-powered foil.

 

Since then Ozone have been at the forefront of the snowkite revolution with the world’s bets designers and riders ensuring we stay committed to the safe and enjoyable development of the snowkite World.

 

In 2005 Ozone released the Frenzy 05 with the 1st leash-less re-ride safety system release. This meant that riders did not need a leash to stay connected to the kite in a emergency. The easy yo grab handle that is just as easy to re-connect allows you to land your kite with ease.

 

In a emergency you can feel 100% confident that you can rapidly stall the kite when you need to. The fact that you have no leash means you can spin as many times as you like without any hassle or tangles.

 

One other very important but often overlooked difference with our bar systems is the build and material quality. Ozone used only the finest Amsteel spectra leaders, speed systems and the best pulleys available to ensure that your safety is not compromised and we manufacture to the same certified paragliding standards at our own factory.

The best depowerable kite! Joe Gibson

Just get one of these! It is without a doubt the best depower kite for people just getting into depowerable kites, buggying, learning to landboard or snowkiting. I have used mine for all of these kitesports and don't think I need any other kite. It is so versatile!

Handling on this kite is easy and all of the safety features are easy to reach. The turns are smooth and the depower is so big.

Overall the 8m I think would suit most flyers in average winds - it seems big but the depower on this kite is so huge you can take it out in silly winds!

Buy one and you will not be disappointed!

This is such an easy kite to use. It may seem very docile at first but when you learn how to use it to its full potential - you will be very surprised.

Switch the power on and off by just pulling and pushing the bar is all you need to do. Pull the bar in and the power increases. Push the bar away and the power decreases.

I have been up to 40mph on my landboard with this kite and it doesnt feel scary which is what you need when you are going that fast!

Overall - this is a kite I will keep in my quiver no matter what!
