The Storm 3 is designed for the experienced kiteboarder who wants incredible jumping ability but not at the expense of fast turning speed. A light yet very direct feel on the bar enables precision control making it great for wave riding. The fast powerful profile gives massive hang time. The Storm 3 is a kite for those who accept no compromise.

Available either as kite only or complete with an innovative, carbon composite bar with leash-less safety system for safe, tangle-free, uninhibited riding.

High Aspect Ratio Design:
Minimises induced drag for high speed and leads to fast turning characteristics.

7 Struts: Extra struts are required to support the higher aspect ratio design. Strut diameter is reduced to decrease weight and parasitic drag.

Segmented Constuction: Ensures precise aerofoil shape and performance.

Rigid Strut System: Creates a rigid frame that enables a positive and direct feel at all time.

Wingtip Battens: Allows more responsive turns without a loss in power

Tip Dump Valve: Means quicker pack down by rolling kite from tip to tip.

EVA Bumpers : Rugged protection helps prevent sail and LE damage.

Dacron Leading Edge Tube: Helps keep strong, rigid frame that aids re-launchability.

Dacron Trailing Edge: Scalloped dacron improves durability of the TE and moves the kite’s centre of gravity rearward to improve stability.

4-3-2-1 Layout : Ensures best use of materials in high stress areas.

Reinforcement Junctions: Strut/sail attachments are taped to ensure protection and reduced wear and tear.

Foolproof Line Attachments: Colour-coded lines and toggles for simplicity.

Bladder Lock: Bladder valves have a rim to keep them locked in the correct position; also prevents valves from falling inside the tubes.

1 Way Valve with deflators: All Strut valves have a 1 way valve to make infation easy. A small deflator accompanies the lock to enable fast de-rigging.

Turning Speed Adjusters: Tune your kite using one of three different turn speed settings.

Power Adjusters: 2 power settings enable the kite to be trimmed to your preference or the prevailing condition.

Leading Edge Sail Attachement: Hard wearing taped dacron strip sewn between the sail and LE tube provides added scuff resistance to ensure maximum kite longevity.
