The Flexifoil Blade 5 (V) has combined the very best elements of all the Blade series over the years and has produced a kite with even greater lift and better stability than ever before.

The Flexifoil Blade 5's (V's) high aspect ratio, swept plan form creates a fast crisp turn rate, which combined with a monstrously powerful aerofoil creates insane lift and float, yet it retains the stability loved by all Blade flyers.

 

The kite's thin profile is fast and efficient. This efficiency is aided by a high cell coupled with internal V ribs to support the profile. The V ribs also reduce the amount of bridle, which minimised the drag in the kite, whilst keeping the wing shape smooth and aerodynamically efficient.

 

Flyers of previous Flexifoil Blades will notice that the Flexifoil Blade 5 (V) kite turns faster and holds the power better through the turn. They will feel that the kite is very reactive to control inputs and has a more powerful feel giving longer higher floating jumps.

Designed with a lightweight and new tuneable bridle, the kite can be adjusted to suit the rider's style and maximise the wind conditions.

Stable Hooped Planform:
The planform is stable, powerful and helps the kite turn smooth and fast.

 

Pre-Stretched Unsleeved Dyneema® Bridle:
Excellent strength and low stretch properties combined with a thin diameter creates low drag for a faster kite.

 

Internal Cross Bracing:
Internal V-ribs across the entire canopy give the kite an increased lifting area, so you get more lift out of your kite than ever before.

 

Chikara Canopy:
Flexifoil use Chikara ripstop nylon for strength, tear resistance and long-term durability.

 

AAA Bridle Adjuster
Alters the relationship between the main and the brake bridles so you can set the kite to suit the conditions and your riding style.

 

Adjustable Cross Bridles:
Allows you to choose your preferred turning speed.

 

Variable Cell Numbers:
The number of cells in the Flexifoil Blade 5 (V) increase as the sizes get bigger to create a cleaner profile making them faster and able to generate maximum power even in light winds.

Prolink Handles for 4-line use - ABS Handles with parking loops and hard-wearing grip, intergral safety system with wrist strap and safety leash makes for tangle-free release and means kite is more easily retrievable.

Extreme Flying Quad Line Set - 250kg x 150kg - 25m - Flexifoil flying lines are pre-stretched, pre-sleeved, colour coded dyneema designed for land use only. Suitable for aerial buggying, landboarding, heavier riders and strong wind conditions.

Technical Information: Flexifoil use materials such as the gauze mesh on the leading edge of their kites, which makes the kite extra stable and smooth whilst in the air. Flexifoil also include small features such as our croc clips and colour coded bridles and flying lines which all work together to make it easier for you to fly their products.

 

The croc-clips make packing your kite up incredibly simple, and easy once unpacking it for your next session. The colour coded lines and bridles make it easier to connect together whilst setting up your kite for the first time.

Its a jumping machine! - David Turk

WOW! WOW! WOW! Just get one! If jumping is your thing then the Blade 4 must be your machine! The 4.9m just blows any other kite of the same size out of the sky! For buggy jumping this kite has everything you need. Power, float and speed through the turns.

Switch it to the other bridle setting also and I managed to get 41mph out of it. It does everything you need - buy a set of these and you will not be disappointed.

The Triple A bridle system has saved me so much money as I can use the same kite for all of my buggy disciplines.

Jump! Jump! Jump! - Ed Slater

I have never ever gone so high! What can I say! Quality is excellent which is what you need when you are 20ft in the air with your landboard. Speed is improved and the float is unreal!

I use both the handles and control bar on mine and both work effectively for most conditions and suit my riding style.

Colour coded linesets aid in the quick setup of the kite and the quality is second to none! Even the bag is cool!

 

High Octane Kite! - Paul Oliver

Just brought this and it has blown me away, literally. It is such a fantastic kite and I fully recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a high octane kite. I have had hours of fun and I have introduced some of my friends to it now and I think that they intend to buy one!
