Just taken delivery of an HQ Toxic 6.5m kite from Powerkiteshop and the elements have been very kind to me as I have had a great opportunity to fly it for the first time tonight.
What an absolutely fabulous kite!
Even though the wind was all over the place (but less than 8mph), the Toxic was absolutely stable and a joy to fly. The 6.5m variant looks really good in blue and turns surprisingly well for a big kite, especially with a touch of brake input in the turns.
The HQ Toxic bag is massive! That's a good thing as there is plenty of room to fit the kite, helmet, knee and elbow pads, keys, camera, and anything else you need all in the one bag.
I got to fly the HQ Toxic 4.0 earlier in the year and it sounded like HQ have a very interesting selection of new kites available now for this summer.
Many thanks go to the Powerkiteshop for doing a very good job of keeping me informed during the pre-order process. This kite is highly recommended.
