Squashtail: This design offers a stable ride but enables the surfboard to still remain loose. The squashtail is a great tail shape for any standard of surfer and can be used in both small and overhead waves. Quad-Fin: Quads boasts an extraordinary amount of holding power in larger surf. Both sets of fins work together on the rail, which creates less drag than a board with a centre fin. With fins directly under your back foot, quad fins make the board very responsive. Single Concave: Allows for super smooth edge transitions and increased edge hold when loading up for a jump. Great for upwind riding. Stiff Flex: Stiffer flex gives the board better performance and pop and are better suited to freestyle / new school riding. It's direct feel will allow for a more snappy feeling and react quicker to rider input. Medium Rocker: Medium rocker boards allow for upwind performance, hold an edge well and are typically forgiving in choppy conditions. Suited for riders of all levels. Waves: Designed purely for waves, these boards are designed to allow you to keep up with the waves speed, give enough floatation to get you through light winds and lulls in kite power and allow for a quick and precise change in direction.

Description

The Cabrinha S-Quad is a purpose built board for high performance surfing.

The S-Quad is a four finned epoxy board made to surf fast and hard.

This model is made to ride fast and hard strapped or unstrapped in a wide range of conditions. But when the surf is pumping and the winds are side / side offshore, this board feels right at home.

The four fins make the S-Quad positive when pushing through high speed turns in larger waves. Yet the board is very loose when quickly transitioning from rail to rail in smaller waves.

The S-Quad utilizes exclusive cork sandwich layup. This eco friendly construction provides a light weight, durable alternative to PVC reinforcement while delivering a softer, flex.

The Cabrinha S-Quad can also be ridden with or without straps, hooked or unhooked, in surf anywhere between 2 and 15 feet.

The curvy outline makes for a looser feel especially in smaller surf.

However, when the conditions deliver pumping surf and strong winds the four fins really come into their element.
