The Kheo Bazik is all about performance!
This Kheo Bazik is an intermediate level
board although is suitable for beginners who have
experience
on
other types of boards.
This Kheo Bazik board is ideal for use either
for downhill or kite boarding. The tough Canadian maple,
fibreglass reinforced deck gives amazing pop for a truly
wicked ride, whilst the channel trucks
hold their speed unbelievably well.
Quality Kheo bindings, lightweight strong hubs and high
performance chunky tyres give this board a remarkably light
and agile feel.
The steering resistance of the board can
be significantly increased by moving the spring positions
from the inside to the outside holes on the board, allowing
the rider to customise the response of the board to suit
body weight and riding style.
The Kheo Bazik Channel Trucks also now features rubber elastomers
located inside the channel truck springs.
The Kheo Bazik elastomers offer much
improved spring support over the old style eggshock elastomers used on previous
boards and help to give a firm and tight ride whilst reducing the chance of speed
wobble.
At 94cm long, the composite deck is extremely
manoeuvrable. 8" Kheo Racer lightweight
tyres are fitted as standard, and feature an open tread
pattern that clears ground debris easily, combined with
a smooth, narrow central ridge that increases high speed
stability and lateral forces against the kite.
New and improved Kheo velcro comfort bindings
offer a more secure fit for increased comfort and performance.
The 11ply highly flexible and durable
composite deck is very light and gives superb performance
with a very manoeuvrable ride.
As with
all Kheo boards, the Kheo Bazik 09 Mountain Board comes
supplied with full tool kit, instructions and coil leash.

Definitely made the right choice! James March >>
After much research and deliberation, I bought
this board as an introduction to kite boarding and I have
not been disappointed. Unlike the many other boards I tried,
I have found it to be a very stable platform for an adult
learner.
The deck itself is a nice, light, strong and
flexible board with great looks to go with it. It has a nice
arch that easily holds the weight of an adult whilst still
maintaining its shape. The board has great spring, helping
launch small hops and land large jumps.
The bindings are comfortable and adjust easily
for different feet, I am size 12 UK and I have plenty more
adjustment above my size. The bindings have a good solid feel,
whilst still maintaining good flexibility.
The tyres are great for grass and loose gravel,
very grippy with no signs of wear even after several hard
sessions.
It has come equipped with channel trucks
that were recommended for their strength and adjustability,
I have not had to adjust them but have looked how and it is
a simple but effective setup.
Overall, I am very pleased with this board
and I have definitely made the right choice.
